Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Woldies (Wolds Way Lavender) and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Tickets can be transferred, providing 48 hours notice from the start time of the ticket.

Admittance may be deferred if there is no access to the farm for any circumstance where the staff deem it is not safe for the public to enter (example Covid-19 enforced lockdown rules).

Farm Maintenance and renewal work.

Throughout the season, certain areas of the farm may have to be closed for maintenance and renewal work. This is not a cause for a refund. We will always endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.

What's not Open

Everything on the Farm is now open for your enjoyment.

Online Booking

Tickets are only valid for the date selected.

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

No child will be admitted to Woldies (Wolds Way Lavender) unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

 

Memberships:

1.       Please note, for the 2023 Season, we are closed every Thursday & Friday during school term time.

2.       We will be open every Thursday & Friday during July & august, during school holidays and bank holidays.

3.       Each season pass is specific to each adult/concession/child and is non-transferable.

4.       For family groups, you will be issued with 1 card which will include each family member registered with a season pass on the 1 card. If you require separate cards for different members of the same family group, please ask.

5.       We require 1 landscape picture including all members of the family group registered to a family card. This can be taken by us on site or emailed to admin@woldswaylavender.co.uk

6.       Not all family members have to be present to be able to use a family card, however only individuals with a season pass registered to that card and included in the photo, will be able to use it.

7.       Adults: 17-59 years

8.       Children: 2-16 years on day of purchase of season pass (under 2 free)

General

1.       Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

2.       Season pass holders receive 10% discount on products purchased in the tearoom and shop. Discount only applies to products purchased for season pass holders.

3.       We reserve the right to make any product at any time exempt from the discount scheme.

4.       This purchase is for a season pass for the 2023 season (1st April to 24th September 2023 inclusive). For opening times see website.

5.       We cannot be held responsible for closures of all or part of our attraction. In the event of any of the above, Wolds Way Lavender will not be liable for any financial loss incurred.

6.       Although we have a large on site car park, holding a season pass does not guarantee a parking space on site.

7.       The card is issued by and remains the property of Wolds Way Lavender which reserves the right to terminate the scheme, decline issue of cards or withdraw cards at any time. In the event of any of the above, Wolds Way Lavender will not be liable for any financial loss incurred.

8.       If a card is lost, a replacement card can be issued at a cost of £1.

9.       We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time, a copy is available on request.

10.    All decisions are at the discretion of the management.
