You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
If there are spaces available you can book on the day online or buy on site.
If we are full, then you cannot, but you can book in store for another date.
Yes, as long as you contact us 48 hours before the start time of your ticket.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a lead at all times. We have water bowls for them.
We are not accepting cash payments on site.
We have toilets, baby changing facilities and LH & RH disabled toilets.
We have plenty of free car and coach parking. We prefer coaches and groups to book in advance.
Yes but don’t follow your SAT Nav for the last 1/2 mile. Look out for our Brown & White signs on the A64 before turning off.
You can get to within a mile of ourselves on the Coastliner Bus from Malton to Scarborough. The nearest train station is Malton.
The lavender starts to flower mid-June & throughout July and August.
We harvest and distill the lavender during August. By the 1st week in September it will all be cut.
Usually May through to mid-June depending upon the weather.
No. All tickets for the miniature train ride must be purchased on arrival. This allows us to allocate a time and complete a seating plan. Vital to ensure social distancing. Thank you for your co-operation.
